After first gaining attention as the vocalist of DANGGISIO and later establishing himself as a solo artist and even debuting as a musical actor last year, Son Jinwook is now preparing for the fourth debut, this time as a member of the newly formed band FIRR.

The band officially introduced themselves on their Instagram profile, where all five members were revealed, along with the announcement of their first digital single, titled [High ’n‘ Low], scheduled for release on July 15, 2025 at 12PM KST.

The teaser text suggests a dramatic and emotionally intense concept:

“I’ve finally reached the highest place in the world — now nothing scares me. Except for one person: you.
Nothing can shake me — and yet, I waver at your words.
Emotions that rise and crash endlessly pull me deeper into the addiction called you.
The only thing that truly makes me feel alive.”

FIRR’s first live performance is scheduled for October 26 at MUV Hall in Seoul – before several concerts on Jinwook’s fall tour.

While it’s still unclear what musical direction the band will take, the combination of Jinwook’s powerful and emotional voice and the newly revealed team has already sparked high expectations.
